Pradnya is a person who is positive about every aspect of life, motivated and who enjoys working as a part of a team.  Pradnya has total 13 years of experience in various aspects of Human Resource and Development. She has 3 years of corporate experience in Human Resources and Administration. And also have 10 years of experience in teaching General Management and HR related subjects. She possesses effective communication skills and ability to execute key projects / deliverable while meeting performance targets. Pradnya has Master’s degree in Business Administration and is SET qualified. She has been actively engaging undergraduate management students in Human Resource skill development Programs in Pune. Her lectures are interactive, experiential learning oriented, drawing extensively from her experience.
